A daily operating rhythm in Ratio

What to check daily, weekly, and monthly so the CRM becomes a habit instead of another tab you forget to open.

Daily checks

  • Review the overview screen for items needing attention.
  • Move leads that changed status.
  • Reply to client messages or portal updates.
  • Check invoices that were paid, failed, or became overdue.
  • Clear the next-action items that should happen today.

Weekly reviews

  • Look at pipeline movement, not just total lead volume.
  • Review upcoming invoices and anything overdue.
  • Check active projects for stalled milestones or missing deliverables.
  • Review any automation, integration, or payout warnings.

Monthly maintenance
