Creating a recurring invoice
- 1Go to Invoices > Recurring and click "New recurring invoice."
- 2Select the client and set the line items, amount, and frequency (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually).
- 3Choose a start date and optional end date.
- 4Ratio generates the invoice automatically on each cycle and sends it to the client.
Combine with autopay for hands-free billing
If the client has autopay enabled, recurring invoices are charged automatically on the due date. No manual follow-up needed.
