Lead capture and pipeline management

How public lead intake, qualification, pipeline stages, and conversion should work together.

Public intake should stay simple

Ask for the minimum information that helps you qualify quickly. Too many required fields create friction; too few create follow-up chaos.

  • Lead name
  • Business or company name when relevant
  • At least one contact method
  • Enough notes to understand urgency or scope

Pipeline should answer three questions

  • Is this lead qualified?
  • What is the next action?
  • What needs to happen before a proposal can be sent?

Move leads forward cleanly

  4. 4Convert the relationship into active work only after the commercial path is clear.
